NorCal Partner Success Manager

The role

We are looking for a SUPERSTAR to be our first Partner Success Manager servicing NorCal. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a smart, self-motivated individual to help open the local office and be Sunbit’s day-to-day link to our key retail partners in the region.

 
Job Description

  • Be the primary, daily focal point for retailers, dealerships and other merchants who implemented Sunbit technology
  • Drive Sunbit daily usage by coaching and removing blockers in-store/dealerships that prevent store/service associates from offering Sunbit
  • Regularly monitor retail partner performance
  • Plan and participate in the activation of new partners ensuring flawless activations and subsequent usage
  • Lead training sessions for new store/service associates
  • Provide ongoing training and support for existing associates
  • Assist Sunbit sales leadership in expanding successful pilots across the region
  • Work closely with retail partner leadership to ensure Sunbit products are consistently offered and working effectively
  • Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to the Sunbit product and training teams
  • Educate retailers on and execute on rollout of new Sunbit product functionality, best practices, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store/service associates  

  
Experience / Skills Required:

  • A minimum of three years of account management or sales experience, preferably working with mid-size retailers.
  • Understanding of the retail ecosystem.
  • Deep knowledge and familiarity with the SF landscape (markets, areas, etc.).
  • Experience in coaching on technology products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of presentation skills and project management.
  • Intelligent, go getter, ambitious, self-motivated and hungry for success.
  • Great time management skills and ability to self-manage.
  • Valid driver’s license; Travel is required up to 75% (in NorCal).
