Program Coordinator

The Role 

As we grow our organization, we are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and strategic individual to join the partners associate engagement team. The Program Coordinator will join our fast-growing team that strategically initiates, executes, and manages programs to enhance the relationship with our partners' employees and boost their usage of our products. A successful candidate will be able to effectively coordinate, execute, analyze the results, and refine new and current programs.

 

Job Description

  • Operate, maintain and execute the day-to-day activities associated with partners’ employees.
  • Establish/maintain relationships and engage in daily communication with partners' employees to promote product usage and meet growth targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing division to put together effective program launch and updates campaigns. 
  • Monitor, control and optimize programs to meet expectations and company goals.
  • Conduct data analysis on large data sets using MS Excel. 
  • Track and review engagement programs costs and expenses.
  • Present insights to upper management.
  • Variable, rotating duties as assigned. 

 

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient and organized way.
  • Experience with MS Excel functions and data analysis tools.
  • Intelligent, go getter, ambitious, self-motivated individual who is hungry for success.
  • Experience in coordinating and executing programs and/or business events.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce and Jira - a plus
