The role 

 

We are looking for a SUPERSTAR to join our operation team. This is a tremendous opportunity for a smart, self-motivated professional to join a fast-growing tech startup. Training Manager / Partner Success Manager will join our fast-growing vertical and work with Sunbit’s auto dealerships who have implemented Sunbit technology in Parts and Service Departments. The primary responsibility will be to drive ongoing expansion within dealership groups and to grow same-store Sunbit usage in key accounts.

 

This will be achieved by taking a hands-on approach to coaching Service Advisors in the drive, building and maintaining executive partnerships including with the DP, GM, Fixed Ops Director, Service Manager, and identifying and solving for any obstacles to Sunbit adoption in the dealership. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to take their auto dealership experience and professional network to build a strong foundation for rapid growth.

Job Description

 

·      Conduct training sessions for new dealerships

·      Manage accounts to meet growth targets

·      Manage and launch pilots within an auto dealership group

·      Expand the Sunbit program beyond a pilot to roll out across the dealership network

·      Regularly visit and review Sunbit performance / revenue data at the group-and   

     dealership-level

·     Set monthly goals for Sunbit activity and revenue with management and service 

    advisors

·     Build and deliver quarterly Business Reviews to management teams and location

    leadership

·      Collaborate with the assigned Partner Success Manager for each dealership to grow 

    account performance

·      Manage and track all account activity in the CRM system

·      Other duties as assigned

 

Experience / Skills Required:

·    5+ years of sales experience, preferably working with mid/big-size retailers

·    Experience in Training or Coaching teams

·    Experience in putting together account-level business plans and required data/strategic

analysis

·    Mastery of Microsoft tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and project management skills

·    Excellent verbal and written communication skills & facilitation skills

·    Intelligent, go getter, ambitious, self-motivated and hungry for success

·     Organized. Great time management skills with ability to self-management

·     Valid driver’s license; Travel is required up to 75%
